What we believe

God's Love

At the heart of our faith is the belief that God's love is for all people.  We know that we all have sinned. But, we also believe that because of God's love in Christ and the cross we are forgiven and given new life.

God's Grace

We believe that God's gift of grace is free, not because of anything we have done, but because of what God has done and is doing. In Christ and the cross, we have been freed from the need to strive for perfection. In that freedom we are better able to love and to serve others. We will never be perfect. But, because of what God has done in Christ, we do not have to be. We are simply called to love and to serve others. We are called to strive for peace and justice in al the world. By serving and loving others, we are serving God.
